Customer’s team training and next steps

One of our customers, as a leading pharmaceutical, decided to start introducing new joiners in the world of RPA. The final goal is to create a Center of Excellence which will be structured by persons that know all the best practices and how to design and apply automated solutions.
Our Center of Excellence is already designed to include customer’s resources without affecting everyday functionality in order to automate process the most effective way. Our team’s members have long experience on training RPA and along with the knowledge of applied CoE, will lead this sensitive phase with professionalism, ensuring the next steps.
The automation journey just begun for our client. We will always provide support on automating structures and strategies.
